Lines up three volunteers for each sub-varsity home game to run the chains and down markers, and keeps the sign-up sheet current.

The link between the Booster Club and the freshman teams and families: helps the other committees reach freshman parents, and keeps freshman families informed and included in everything the club does.

The link between the Booster Club and the JV teams and families: helps the other committees reach JV parents, and keeps JV families informed and included in everything the club does.

Produces the Game Day Program for each home game and gets it distributed in the stadium, and helps with any special event that needs print media.

Shoots varsity and sub-varsity football photos and gets them to the families and the club's media.

Drives the annual Booster Club memberships: keeps the member list current, coordinates the membership packages and perks for each level, and keeps the members page up to date.

Buys, transports, sets up and sells all Vista Ridge Football merchandise at football and school events, including sub-varsity and varsity home games, and the special-event shirts (Pink Out, playoffs) sold during lunch periods. The trailer moves between Ranger Field and Gupton, so a tow vehicle helps; we can pair you with someone who has a truck.

Runs the club's Facebook, X and Instagram, reports sub-varsity scores at the end of each game, and posts score updates during varsity games.

Organizes the special events of the season: Rally at the Ridge, game day theme nights (elementary night, middle school night, youth football night), the homecoming float, Senior Dedication, the varsity and sub-varsity banquets, and the Red v Black spring game.

Runs all the spirit activities that make a Ranger game week feel like one: Cups on the Fence every Saturday morning, the footballs on the light poles along VR Blvd and Park Street, noise makers for the student section, the Spirit Line send-off on varsity away days, and locker room decorating, snack bags and prayer cards for all five teams.

The committee works as small crews, each with a parent lead: noise makers, Cups on the Fence, footballs on the poles, and a locker room crew for varsity, JV and freshman. Pick a crew that fits your week, show up when you can, and ask your team liaison for the Spirit Committee GroupMe.

Brings in the sponsors who fund the football program. Puts the sponsorship brochure together, shares it with local businesses, talks them through being part of the program, and keeps the treasurer up to date on results and payments.

Maintains, transports and operates the tunnel at every varsity game and any other football event that uses it, and puts up the flags in the stadium at home games.

Organizes the Varsity Team Dinner the night before each game: who prepares each meal, set-up and decorating the athletic study hall, serving, and working with vendors for food donations.

Keeps vrhs-football.org current: coaches, rosters, schedules, scores, news, and the store and forms the other committees rely on.

Coordinates concessions with our contracted concessions lead for varsity home games, lines up organizations to work the varsity stand, and organizes freshman and JV parents to run concessions at sub-varsity home games.
